Where do you deliver?

Currently, we only ship to areas within Klang Valley and Selangor only. 

Do you deliver internationally?

No, we only deliver within Malaysia, but we are working to expand our delivery zones. 

What are your delivery areas?

We deliver to areas in Klang Valley and Selangor. You may view the full list of areas here.

How long will delivery take?

It will take 1-3 working days. We will inform you via SMS, phone call or email on your delivery day. Please email onlinestore@janine.com.my for further enquiries. 

How do I track my parcel?

Unfortunately, we do not have this feature available at the moment. However, we will inform you as soon as your order is confirmed on the expected delivery date and time. 

What are the shipping charges like?

The Shipping fee is calculated according to the total weight of your items, as below :

What are the accepted payment options?

We accept payment via PayPal, Online Banking through Ipay88 and Credit Card. The banks affiliated with Ipay88 are as below :

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?

We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery)

Do you accept Credit Card?

We do not accept Credit Card at the moment. The credit card payment option will only be available in early 2016. You may link your credit card via PayPal to able to use the credit card option. Please visit PayPal's website for more information.

My item is damaged or incorrect, what do I do?

Please email onlinestore@janine.com within 7 working days to initiate an exchange. A customer representative will guide you through the process via email or phone call. Please note that you must return the damaged / incorrect item in it's original packaging. Used items will not be eligible for an exchange. Photo evidence is required.

We will replace your item with a new one (subject to stock availability), or we will provide store credit / cash voucher. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, the item will not be eligible for an exchange / store credit refund. 

I changed my mind about my purchase. Can I get a refund on my item?

No. Goods sold are not returnable / refundable. 

I mistakenly inserted the wrong address in my shipping information. What do I do?

Please email onlinestore@janine.com.my and a customer service representative will assist you. 

Can I self-collect at Janine's Showroom?

Yes. Please email onlinestore@janine.com.my before you make your purchase. Self collection is only available at Janine Bangsar Shopping Centre.
